I'd love to get your thoughts on this post. Visit the link and weigh in. Personally, I think there's a lot to be said about the natural resources God has given us to enable our bodies to fight off disease. Western medicine is to busy looking for cures that are tied to profit and stock prices. The best things in life are FREE!!!

The link between colorectal cancer and Vitmain D has been know for several years.But as with any new Vitamine Kick the public gets in I am concernd that the more is better attitude will take over .Just like the Vit E with heart dease over use actually cuased dammage rather then helped.Vitamine D is absorbed into body fat and processed and held by the liver.So people that take to much of a good thing can and have caused dammage to them selvs.If your going to start take big doses of D3 then you should be doing blood tests as well.Remeber good science saves lives :)
