My book "You Don't have to Die When Your Doctor Says" is getting good reviews in the medical fraternity. One oncologist said this..

To help with the sales of the book i have started an Affiliate system that pays affiliates up to $1 for each lead. I was aiming to pay20% of each sale but as i am selling through createspace and amazon i can't organise the software to integrate the sales data. Hopefully paying per lead will relate to sales.
