The first time I met Patti in person she was hosting a weekend long gathering for people with rescued BMD’s at her home in Wisconsin. Many people came with their dogs (Bernese and non-BMD dog siblings) from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and other states. For those of us that where coming to far to drive back and forth day; Patti found a hotel that was close by and would let us have our dogs with us. Some of us had dinner together on Friday night and the real festivities happened on Saturday and Sunday. The photo shows Patti with one of her dogs and another attendee with his dog during the “Who can dress their dog up the quickest” contest.

- Hello, I am Marilynn Blake and a friend of Patti Johnson. I live in Minneapolis, MN with my 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs. Star (8 yrs), Chance (5 years) and Brogen (4 years). Patti and I met because of our dogs and have had the opportunity to get our dogs together on several occations. We live about 5 hours from each other.
