Good to hear from you, Kim!
The new med, Lyrica, makes me "high" for about 3 hours during the day. It was kind of cool at first, but now it is getting old and I hope it goes away. Sounds like you are doing great. Are you planning on going back to work at the same ER you were working at before?

How are you doing? How's the Temodar going? My neuro added Lyrica to my cocktail (what a buzz!). So far, 45 days without a seizure! Yea! I'm changing neuros though-- I'm not happy with mine. The new neuro appt. is Jan 8-- quite the wait! Tell me how you are!

I am ok; dealing with my daughter's rare kidney disease www.caring4lphs-fmd.com there are a lot of highs and lows...we are in a low point right now...anyway I just wanted to introduce myself my girlfriend Joy is so inspiring to me; she is going through her treatments now and though I know its difficult she is doing it with humor and putting on a brave face. My other friend Shailja has been in remission for almost two years now she was stage 4; she is a little nervous this go round she feels ok but is a little worried. I pray she is fine! I have a lump they are watching actually am suppose to have another sonogram this month on it but have not scheduled it yet too much back an forth with my daughter but will get it done but probably end of the month. I have had several scares over the course of 5 years, 4 core biopsy's my doctor was terrific unfortuantely he passed away about a year ago, so whole new team of doctors who are more reserved than aggressive, which is ok hopefully they know what they are doing.
Got to run, thanks for the note I am so happy you are doing well, I send you a rare of sunshine in your direction enjoy it all through the weekend!

“AJ, I'm buying the first 100 for my ministry with the team. This is an excellent resource -- clear, applicable, well written! You and Vera have written one of the most significant and useful devotionals I've seen in a long time. Ravens players and coaches will love this tool for training camp! I'm excited to see it go to print and I'm honored to be a friend of one of the co-authors, a true champion indeed.”
