I know of two events that celebrate the Horse & Music Connection".
www.fiestaspanishhorse.org in CA for cancer research
and "Ride for Life/ Dancing with Horses" in MD. for breast cancer.
Also, keep in mind doing simple, fun, "Community Music Drum Circles"
with or without horse themes. And "THE BEAT" goes on! Phil Waigand

Hey Phil,
Welcome to the site. I love your discussion about the horses.
Horses are my passion, been riding for years. My horse Jackson got me through my cancer. He passed away May 28, 2009 from cancer. Jackson was 29 and I know he is still wtih me, all I have to do is put my hand on my heart and I can feel his hoofs running through the meadow.
