“AJ, I'm buying the first 100 for my ministry with the team. This is an excellent resource -- clear, applicable, well written! You and Vera have written one of the most significant and useful devotionals I've seen in a long time. Ravens players and coaches will love this tool for training camp! I'm excited to see it go to print and I'm honored to be a friend of one of the co-authors, a true champion indeed.”

Have a Great DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you able to go out and find a yoga place. I have a great dvd of Kundalini yoga that I am able to do at home. So much easier on me right now to do it at home. Let me know, you can order it online or maybe at Whole Foods may have it. My brother is now a certified Kundalini instructor! My grandson used to do it with me when he was living here, he loved it and is only 4. It may be a way for you and your kids to do together, and only do what you can. I am still not able to do all reps but working at it.
And I feel pretty good afterwards, and it does not seem to aggrevate my fibromyalgia, which is a switch!
Hope that your week is going well,
Laurie
I do know about the fear you are talking about. I am now 3 years out from my dx of colon/rectal cancer, and I am just taking it a day at a time. It is hard to not worry about it coming back, but that added stress of worrying is not healthy for YOU! And your friends are wrong, you are not a jerk, it is your body, you are the one dealing with it, inside and out. Are you meditating at all??? I have found that meditation and now reiki is working really well at keeping me grounded. If you are also able to start doing some simple yoga excercises that may help also.
Turn your fear into a fighting mode and during treatment visualize your cancer cells getting smaller and smaller, until they are gone. Now is the time to take that step forward, and take control of you.
In knowing that I may have a relapse and have to deal with it again, is a fear, but I and all of us have tomorrow. Hang in there!
Sending you many healing prayers for you and your family,
Laurie
