Hey Denise,
When I get back to MD I tell you exactly what chemo I took. My mind is drawing a blank right now. I did write everything down and kept a record of all my chemo treatments. I'll be back in MD tomorrow evening so I'll let you know.
I was wondering if anyone here has been given taxotere & cytoxen? I will begin 4 treatments over the course of 12 weeks starting this Thursday & any info or coping strategies are very appreciated!!

I just took them after doing research online and talking to a holistic doctor.
I did notice less side effects. It really does help with your immune system.

Hey Denise,
I take Maitake mushrooms now and started taking them during chemo. They are great and really boost the immune system. I also take Beta Glucan immunity every day. If I miss a day I can tell a big different in my energy level. Go for it.…

Im thinking of asking my oncologist if I can take Maitake mushrooms in supplement form
